Facilities Use Policy

Rules and expectations for use of all bookable spaces in the SFESOM building

General Principles

The Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine building is a shared academic facility serving University of Utah students, faculty, staff, and authorized affiliates. All users are expected to respect fellow building occupants, care for shared spaces, and follow University policies. Room use that disrupts the learning or working environment of others is prohibited.

The University reserves the right to revoke access privileges for any individual or group that violates these policies. Persistent violations may be referred to the Office of Student Conduct or Human Resources, as appropriate.
